Role Title: Graphic Designer

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work:
Deliver high-quality visual assets in alignment with provided guidelines and brand standards.
Assess and critique existing graphic materials, providing actionable insights for enhancement and improvement.
Create compelling digital illustrations, layouts, and graphics for diverse applications, ensuring consistency and innovation.
Document and communicate creative decisions, methodologies, and design rationales clearly and thoroughly.
Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal channels to ensure deliverables meet expectations and requirements.
Participate in iterative feedback cycles, refining and optimizing graphic outputs for clarity, usability, and impact.
Maintain organized files and deliverables for seamless project handoffs and downstream usage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and/or branding projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and proactive collaboration.
Experience providing constructive feedback and design critique in collaborative environments.
Strong understanding of current design trends, visual storytelling, and user-centered design principles.
Ability to manage multiple design deliverables, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven design workflows is a plus but not required.
