Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator at an established Australian property development and construction company. With significant active and upcoming projects across residential, commercial, and co-working spaces, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content from existing assets and distributing it across social media platforms to drive qualified leads. You will work directly with the leadership team to transform CAD drawings, photography, and 3D renders into engaging marketing materials for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role is 60% graphic design and visual content creation, 40% social media coordination and performance tracking in a fast-paced property development environment. 3+ years graphic design experience, preferably in property, real estate, or construction Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software Experience using AI tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to modify visual content Ability to create location-based marketing materials and integrate floor plans into designs Social media posting experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Understanding of performance analytics and content optimisation Availability during Australian business hours with immediate responsiveness Fluent English communication and ability to work autonomously Preferred Experience Property development or architectural visualisation projects Knowledge of Australian property market and premium property marketing Experience with automation tools for multi-platform content distribution Previous work with developers, architects, or construction companies AUD $2,000 - $2,500 per month based on experience Stable, long-term employment with an established Australian property development group Flexible working arrangements with clear deliverables and growth opportunities Trust-based work culture with autonomy over creative decisions Professional development support in both design and digital marketing This is a key creative position with a growing company managing substantial property developments.
