Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Have a strong creative eye for compelling visual design and engaging video content? At TalentPop App, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team and create eye-catching visual content across our digital channels.

Whether your strength is graphic design, short-form video editing, or both, you’ll help bring our brand to life through social media content, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Location: Fully remote. This position is open to candidates based in the Philippines, South Africa, Jamaica, and Pakistan.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging static graphics and/or short-form video content for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Design social media graphics, promotional assets, and branded visual materials.
• Edit short-form videos such as TikToks, Reels, UGC, and promotional videos for digital platforms.
• Maintain visual consistency across internal and external marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and turnaround times.
• Adapt creative content based on feedback, performance insights, and campaign requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, or both.
• A portfolio demonstrating your graphic design and/or video editing work.
• Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in at least one relevant creative tool, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, composition, or video pacing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage creative projects within deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.

Tech Requirements

• Personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent and 8GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speed.
