Graphic Production Specialist

Our client, a leading global retailer in the fashion, apparel, and consumer products industry, is seeking a Multimedia Production Designer (Part-time) to support the creation and execution of engaging print, digital, and video content. Working within a fast-paced creative environment, this role will help develop materials that support employee communications, training initiatives, store operations, and customer experience programs.

Location: Remote (Must work EST hours)

Duration: 5-month contract

Hours: 25 hours/week

Pay Rate: $30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce video content for training, communications, engagement, and social media initiatives.
• Create basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Design and adapt creative assets for eLearning modules, presentations, email campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Prepare and package files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Create mockups, proofs, and production-ready materials.
• Support content publishing, formatting, and localization efforts.
• Ensure all work aligns with established brand standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of typography, layout, motion design, and basic audio editing.
• Strong production, organization, and file management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and video mediums.
