Do you have a talent for creating powerful and engaging graphic images from a marketing brief? If yes, you may be who we’re looking for. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can create polished, on-brand marketing assets across both digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling materials that align with each brand’s identity and marketing goals. This is a highly creative and challenging position with plenty of opportunities for growth within a fun and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality marketing assets for digital and print campaigns. Design graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, presentations, brochures, direct mail, posters, and other marketing collateral. Develop creative concepts while adhering to established brand guidelines. Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications. Design and update email campaigns within marketing or CMS platforms when required. Export, organize, and maintain design files following internal file management standards. Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and deliver projects on schedule. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all creative deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital, and print design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles. Solid knowledge of print production, digital design standards, color spaces, image resolution, and file preparation. Experience using Google Workspace or similar cloud collaboration tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Comfortable collaborating in a remote team environment. Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during 9:00am - 6:00 PM Central Time, North American business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Figma . Motion graphics, animation, or basic video editing skills. Experience creating social media content and digital advertising assets. Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CMS tools. Experience updating website content through content management systems. Understanding of current digital marketing and social media design trends.
