Role Description The Greek Transcription (QA Reviewer) is a full-time remote role focused on reviewing and improving Greek-language transcription outputs. Day-to-day responsibilities include listening to audio or video content, verifying and correcting Greek transcriptions, and ensuring consistency with defined guidelines and quality standards. The role involves evaluating linguistic accuracy, formatting, and adherence to project requirements, as well as providing clear feedback to improve overall transcription quality. The QA Reviewer may also collaborate with project managers and other language professionals to refine workflows, maintain documentation, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong Greek language skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation, along with solid comprehension of spoken Greek in various accents and styles.
• Experience in transcription, translation, or linguistics, with the ability to accurately convert spoken content into written text while maintaining meaning and context.
• Quality assurance and review skills, including attention to detail, consistency checking, and adherence to style guides and project instructions.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including transcription software, productivity tools, and collaboration systems in a remote work environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English for clear reporting, feedback, and collaboration with global teams.
• Previous experience in remote or freelance work, particularly in language services or AI data projects, is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in linguistics, translation, communication, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required when supported by equivalent experience.
