Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in power system studies or grid interconnection (3+ with an advanced degree or exceptional, directly-relevant experience). Modeling: Hands-on proficiency with PSS/E and PSCAD, including model development and validation. Process: Working knowledge of at least one ISO/RTO interconnection process end to end (ERCOT, SPP, MISO, PJM, NYISO, or WECC). Regulatory: Familiarity with NERC MOD/FAC/PRC standards and ISO/utility model- submittal requirements. Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, power-systems concentration; M.S. preferred. Preferred Qualifications PSLF, TARA, ASPEN, or PowerWorld experience. Grid-following (GFL) and grid-forming (GFM) inverter modeling; user-defined model (UDM) integration. Python for case automation and post-processing. Experience representing owners/developers through ISO study cycles. Large-load / data center interconnection exposure. EIT or PE on track.
