Growth Marketer | B2B SaaS | Amsterdam
€4,000–€5,000 | 32–40 hours | Hybrid | Performance Marketing | Automation | CRM
Want to do more than manage campaigns?
This Growth Marketer role combines performance marketing, CRM, automation, analytics and conversion optimization, with the freedom to improve how it all works together.
For a growing B2B SaaS company in Amsterdam, we're looking for a hands-on specialist who enjoys turning data into action and isn't afraid to build things from the ground up.
There's already a solid marketing foundation. But there's also plenty left to improve.
If that sounds more exciting than intimidating, keep reading...
The role
As part of a three-person marketing team, you'll become the go-to specialist for the technical and performance side of marketing.
Rather than executing a predefined playbook, there's room to spot opportunities, test ideas and make the marketing engine smarter.
The role covers:
- Managing and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
- Analysing campaign and funnel performance and turning insights into action;
- Running A/B tests and growth experiments;
- Improving landing pages, conversion journeys and website performance;
- Developing Zoho CRM, including automations, workflows, segmentation, lead scoring and nurturing;
- Managing tracking, events, pixels and UTM structures;
- Building dashboards and reporting that connect marketing to commercial results;
- Automating processes across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
The goal isn't simply more leads. It's finding out what creates the right leads and genuine commercial opportunities: and doing more of what works.
Build, don't just maintain
Not everything is finished, and that's part of the opportunity.
CRM can be set up more intelligently. Automations can become smarter. Reporting can provide better insights. Data and systems can work together more effectively.
This role suits someone who sees that and thinks: I'd like to fix that.
Someone comfortable investigating why tracking isn't working, building a new automation or figuring out why leads aren't moving through the funnel as expected.
Experience with every tool isn't necessary. Technical curiosity, ownership and the willingness to get hands-on are.
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of relevant experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, combined with an analytical mindset and a bias for action.
A strong match will typically bring:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads;
- Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation;
- Confidence working with analytics, tracking and marketing data;
- An interest in building workflows and automations;
- A commercial mindset focused on funnels, conversion and KPIs;
- The initiative to spot opportunities and turn them into improvements;
- Curiosity and a genuine drive to keep developing as a marketer.
Experience with B2B, SaaS, Zoho CRM or complex sales cycles is a plus, not a requirement. Comparable tools and the ability to learn quickly are just as relevant.
Why this role?
This isn't a job where you'll be one Growth Marketer among ten others. That makes this a specialist role with real ownership and visible impact.
Close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Sales and Customer Success means the work goes beyond campaign metrics. The challenge is connecting marketing activity to what ultimately matters: pipeline, customers and commercial growth.
Copy and design expertise already exists within the team, leaving the focus where it belongs: making marketing measurable, scalable and more effective.
The company
A growing Dutch B2B SaaS company developing software solutions for larger organisations within industrial markets.
With complex propositions, longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, growth isn't about generating as many leads as possible. It's about reaching the right organisations, understanding what creates real opportunities and continuously improving the journey from first interaction to customer.
Practical details
Salary: €4,000–€5,000 gross per month
Hours: 32–40 hours per week

Interested?
This could be a strong next step for a Performance Marketer looking beyond paid media, a Growth Marketer ready for more ownership, or a technically minded Digital Marketer who enjoys connecting marketing, data and technology.
No need to walk in knowing everything.
But if building, testing, learning and improving sounds better than simply maintaining what's already there, we'd like to hear from you.
