Current Opportunity Right now, we´re seeking Generative AI Developer with strong expertise in Azure cloud, Python programming, and hands-on experience building LLM-based applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions that drive innovation and business impact, with a focus on building autonomous agents that leverage LLMs, reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and advanced decision-making strategies to handle complex data and workflow tasks What You’ll Be Doing Your daily activities will include, but not limited to: Build, customize, and deploy Generative AI models on Azure AI/ML ecosystem. Develop RAG-based solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge bases for context-enriched AI responses. Design and implement modular, reusable AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making using LLMs, APIs, and tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel. Engineer prompt strategies for task-specific agent workflows (e.g., document classification, summarization, labeling, sentiment detection). Integrate ML models (NLP, CV, RL) into agent behavior pipelines to support inference, learning, and feedback loops. Contribute to multi-agent orchestration logic including task delegation, tool selection, message passing, and memory/state management. Collaborate with MLOps, data engineering, and product teams to deploy agents at scale in production environments. What We’re Looking For A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision You Should Have Experience In At least 5 years of experience of working in data roles – Data Analyst, Business Analyst and Data Scientist 3+ years of experience in developing AI/ML systems; 1+ year in agent-based architectures or LLM-enabled automation. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries. Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face Transformers). Strong grasp of NLP, prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and decision systems. Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure) and CI/CD for AI systems. (Good to have) You should have experience with Azure AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks (Good to have) Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and agent orchestration design patterns.
