Would you like to play a key role in further developing the finance function of an international software and consulting group? We are currently seeking a Group Financial Controller who will take on an important role in our ongoing financial transformation journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and hands-on finance professional who enjoys working with financial control, group reporting, consolidation, and business analysis in an international environment. You will work closely with the Group CFO and existing Controllers and play a central role in the Group’s reporting, consolidation, and financial follow-up processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the monthly reporting process and period-end close
• Prepare group reporting, including analyses and recommended actions
• Short term forecasting and business controlling
• Perform group consolidation
• Budgeting and long-term forecasting – Take lead in technical modelling.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Group's transfer pricing policy
• Monitor liquidity and complete cash flow forecasts
• Assist with audits
• Support and act as backup for Controllers and the CFO when required
• Support potential M&A activities
• Assist the CFO with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and decision support
• Drive process improvements through the use of AI and automation

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with group reporting and consolidation in international organizations
• Ability to combine financial controlling and business controlling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably PowerOffice
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (the primary working language is English)
It Would Be an Advantage If You Also Have
• Experience with BI tools, automated reporting, or AI-based finance solutions
• Experience from consulting, software, and/or project-based businesses
• Commercial mindset
