The role includes responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual Group reporting, consolidated

WHAT WILL I DO?

● Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support activities
● Work closely with the CFO, Finance Director, FP&A Manager, and wider finance team to
support international finance operations and reporting
● Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, systems, and reporting
efficiencies
● Support business growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic finance
projects as required
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
● Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience within financial accounting, Group
reporting, audit or technical accounting roles.
● CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification, with strong US accounting
and reporting experience required
● Able to work hours that provide significant overlap with the UK-based finance team,
including an 08:00 ET start if US-based
● Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and financial control experience
● Strong understanding of US GAAP, with exposure to IFRS and international or multi-entity
business structures preferred
● Experience supporting consolidated reporting, audits, and compliance activities within
complex or international organisations
● Experience with lender reporting, payroll, tax processes, and regulatory compliance
activities
● Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively across international teams
● Strong spreadsheet and financial systems skills, including experience working with ERP or
reporting systems
● Experience working within an international technology, corporate, listed, or private
equity-backed business would be advantageous
● Experience gained within a larger accounting firm or corporate finance environment would
be beneficial
