The Role As Group HR Compliance Projects Associate , you will be a key member of the Group Employee & Labour Relations team, supporting the design and delivery of strategic HR compliance initiatives across Verisure’s international footprint. The role is focused on translating HR compliance requirements into solutions, working closely with Country HR teams and Group stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, HRIS and other Group functions. You will lead and coordinate cross-country HR compliance projects, from initial assessment and benchmarking through solution design, implementation and follow-up. You will act as a pragmatic project partner to countries, promoting knowledge sharing and consistency across the Group and you will bring a strong project management and analytical mindset, ensuring that projects are delivered consistently across countries while taking account of local legal requirements and business realities. This is a highly international role requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical capabilities and the ability to drive complex projects across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities HR Compliance Projects Lead and coordinate cross-country HR compliance projects from scoping and assessment through implementation and follow-up. Define project scope, milestones, deliverables and timelines, coordinating stakeholders across countries and Group functions (e.g. Group ESG Function, Group Compliance Function and other relevant Group functions.) Track implementation progress, risks and dependencies, and provide clear updates and recommendations to senior HR stakeholders. Assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Translate legal, regulatory and internal requirements into practical HR solutions, frameworks and implementation plans. Assess country practices, identify compliance gaps and define required actions in partnership with Country HR teams and support countries through implementation, facilitating pragmatic solutions while promoting consistency and harmonisation across the Group. Projects may include areas such as: Employment documentation and compliance processes, including working time and employment screening. Implementation of Group HR policies and standards. CSRD compliance. Emerging HR regulatory and compliance requirements. Data, Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to monitor project implementation and compliance status. Collect and analyse country data to identify trends, gaps and areas requiring attention. Translate data and country inputs into clear conclusions, recommendations and management presentations. Research & Benchmarking Conduct research and benchmarking on HR compliance topics and employment practices. Partner with Legal and Country HR teams to understand local requirements and their operational implications. Identify internal and external best practices and translate them into practical frameworks, guidelines and tools. Profile & Qualifications University degree in Business, HR, Law or another relevant discipline. Approximately 3- 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, HR, compliance or a related field. Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in an international or matrix organisation. Exposure to HR compliance, employment law or broader compliance topics would be an advantage. Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Key Competencies Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously. Excellent analytical and problem-structuring capabilities. Ability to move from analysis to practical recommendations and implementation. Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic perspective. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise senior-management materials. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across countries, functions and levels of seniority. Comfortable working with ambiguity and developing structure where processes are not yet established. Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without formal authority. High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
