The Group Procurement & Supply Chain Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting sourcing and purchasing activities across the Group. The role focuses primarily on food and beverage procurement, supplier management, cost control, purchasing operations, and inventory coordination, while also supporting non-food sourcing, projects, and outlet opening requirements when required. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with operations teams and suppliers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Food & Beverage Procurement Source food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies for Group businesses. Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and recommend cost-effective purchasing solutions. Identify alternative products and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply. Support cost-saving and value-improvement initiatives across categories. Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and business stakeholders. Procurement Operations Create and manage purchase orders through NetSuite. Track orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment Resolve supply issues including shortages, delays, damages, and discrepancies. Work closely with outlets and operational teams to support daily purchasing requirements. Supplier Management Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records. Monitor supplier performance in areas such as quality, pricing, service levels, and delivery reliability. Assist in commercial negotiations and periodic price reviews. Maintain approved supplier and pricing information within company systems. Inventory & Supply Chain Support Work with operations teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Support stock planning to minimise shortages and wastage. Assist in inventory reviews, reporting, and reconciliation activities. Non-Food & Project Procurement Support sourcing activities for equipment, furniture, fixtures, maintenance requirements, and other non-food categories. Assist with procurement activities relating to outlet openings, renovations, and special projects. Prepare quotation comparisons and procurement recommendations for review and approval. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate procurement, supplier, and item master data in NetSuite. Prepare procurement and spend reports when required. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements. Maintain proper purchasing documentation and records. Ad Hoc Duties Support procurement improvement initiatives and special assignments as directed by Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline. 2 to 5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience. Experience within F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet operations would be advantageous. Good understanding of food and beverage sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing processes. Exposure to non-food procurement categories such as equipment, facilities, engineering, or operational supplies is a plus. Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
