Group Product Manager

I’m working with one of the fastest-growing Fintech businesses in the MENA region, who are hiring a Group Product Manager – Growth, Onboarding & Payments in Dubai!

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy across Onboarding & Payments.

• Lead and develop 2–3 Product Managers.

• Drive conversion, activation, deposits, withdrawals and growth metrics.

• Own the customer journey from onboarding through to first deposit.

• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Finance and Commercial.

• Report directly into the VP Product.

✅ Requirements:

• Strong Product Management background – 7+ years.

• Direct line management of PMs is essential – including in your current role- minimum 2 years total.

• Strong consumer onboarding / growth experience.

• Payments experience.

• Ideally experience owning stored balances, deposits, withdrawals and payment provider routing / cascading.

• Preference for backgrounds in crypto exchanges, iGaming, neobanks/wallets, retail investing, remittance or brokerage/CFD.
