Group QA Manager

Our QA team is rapidly growing so we’re splitting it into groups and looking for a Group QA Manager to join us. This role focuses on a few main parts: shaping, executing our QA strategy, building scalable testing processes together with another Group QA Manager, mentoring and managing QA engineers as well as participating in hands-on activities.

👉POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Mentor, manage and contribute to hiring QA Engineers.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure feature quality and smooth delivery.

• Define, lead, and continuously evolve our overall QA strategy together with another QA group manager.

• Ensure testing automation coverage across owned product areas.

• Organise exploratory testing events.

• Continuously optimize release processes together with Release Manager and Development teams.

• Contribute to hands-on initiatives/tasks.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Strong understanding of the latest testing practices and hands-on experience implementing them.

• Previous experience in leadership, mentoring, people or process management within QA. We’re open to different forms of leadership experience - you don’t need to have held a full-time QA Manager title, but you should have experience going beyond an individual contributor role.

• Proven hands on experience as a QA Engineer (preferably still doing some hands-on tasks at the moment).

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright (or similar), Postman (for backend/API testing).

• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 5000 - 9000 Eur gross per month, depending on your experience.
