We are looking for a senior Group Test Manager to lead and coordinate all testing activities for a large-scale Digital Euro Pilot Programme. You will define the overall test strategy, manage integrated testing across multiple banking entities, vendors and external stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of all test phases from planning through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Group Test Strategy and Test Plan.
• Coordinate SIT, E2E, UAT, regression and operational readiness testing.
• Align testing activities across multiple banks, delivery teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Manage test governance, reporting, risk management and readiness assessments.
• Drive defect management, test quality and issue resolution.
• Coordinate external validation and regulatory testing activities.
• Provide regular updates to programme leadership and steering committees.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager/Test Lead in large banking or payments programmes.
• Strong background in integration, end-to-end and user acceptance testing.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and distributed teams.
• Good understanding of banking, payments, APIs and complex system landscapes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience in regulated environments is essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Digital Euro, CBDC, digital wallet or payment transformation programmes.
• Exposure to central bank, ECB or certification testing processes.
