Role Description:

We're looking for a curious, proactive and commercially minded Growth Analyst / Associate to help identify, test and develop new growth opportunities at GlycanAge.

Depending on your background, strengths and interests, you could focus on growing our B2B partnerships with leading longevity and preventative health clinics, expanding our D2C customer base through marketing campaigns and digital initiatives, or contributing to both.

The role combines research, analysis, creativity and hands-on execution. You'll work closely with our international team to explore new markets, understand customer needs, develop growth strategies and turn ideas into measurable results.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Identifying new growth opportunities across markets, audiences and customer segments.
• Researching and expanding GlycanAge's network of clinics, healthcare practitioners and commercial partners.
• Supporting partner outreach, building relationships and developing initiatives to drive engagement and growth.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, paid advertising, digital channels and in-person activations.
• Analysing customer behaviour, campaign and sales performance, and using insights to improve targeting, conversion and retention.
• Developing and testing new growth initiatives, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, messaging and campaign optimisation.
• Working with marketing, analytics, design and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Apollo, Figma, and others.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between data, ideas and real-world results. Just as importantly, we value people who take initiative, contribute to the team and genuinely care about the work they do.

• 1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, sales, consulting or a related field. Strong recent graduates are also welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into practical actions.
• A creative and curious mindset, with an interest in exploring new ideas and testing different approaches.
• A structured, proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, analytics, CRM, design or sales prospecting tools is an advantage. Experience across all platforms is not expected.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Bulgarian is a plus.
• Interest in longevity, preventative health, or healthcare technology; prior experience in healthtech, biotech, or D2C products is a plus.
