Although this is a fulltime temporary opportunity, please speak to us about what flexibility means to you. We are always open to discussing individuals’ flexible working needs, so please don’t let this stop you from applying.
At Nespresso, we don’t just sell coffee—we create exceptional experiences. As a global leader in premium portioned coffee, we continue to redefine at-home coffee consumption through innovation, quality, and customer engagement.
We’re looking for a Growth & Audience Lead to define how media, audiences and customer insight drive sustainable growth for Nespresso across B2C and B2B. You’ll shape audience-led media strategies that acquire new customers, engage existing customers and re-engage inactive audiences, while improving the effectiveness of our media investment.
Your Impact
Reporting into the Head of Media, you’ll set the strategic direction for growth media and audience planning. This is a media strategy role focused on agency leadership, investment decisions, audience planning and measurement rather than CRM ownership or hands-on channel execution.
Key responsibilities include:
-
Develop the growth media and audience strategy across customer acquisition, engagement and reactivation.
-
Identify priority audiences and use first-party data, customer insight and platform signals to unlock sustainable growth.
-
Define how media can deepen engagement with existing customers and help reduce customer inactivity.
-
Set strategic direction across digital and social platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, in line with business objectives.
-
Lead agency partners, constructively challenge recommendations and ensure plans are rooted in commercial outcomes.
-
Create a structured test-and-learn agenda covering audiences, creative, platforms and measurement.
-
Partner with CRM, Ecommerce, Brand, Data & Analytics and Acquisition teams to create connected customer journeys.
-
Translate media and audience performance into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Your ingredients for success
To succeed, you’ll bring strong strategic media expertise, commercial judgement and a clear understanding of how audiences, creative, platforms and data work together to influence customer behaviour. You may currently be working agency-side or client-side; we’re open to exploring experience from both.
Essential experience and skills:
-
Strong experience in media strategy, digital strategy, audience planning or growth marketing.
-
Strategic knowledge of digital and social platforms, including how algorithms, audiences, creative and signals work together to influence behaviour.
-
Experience developing audience-led media plans across customer acquisition, engagement and reactivation.
-
Experience leading media agencies and constructively challenging their strategy, recommendations and performance.
-
Understanding of first-party data, audience segmentation and media effectiveness.
-
Strong commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to turn complex data into clear decisions and actions.
-
Confidence influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
Desirable experience:
-
Experience with product feeds, shoppable formats or retail media platforms.
-
Knowledge of premium consumer brands, direct-to-consumer eCommerce or B2B customer journeys.
If you’re excited by the opportunity to use media, audience insight and customer understanding to unlock sustainable growth for a premium brand, we’d love to hear from you.
