Is this job info correct?
Antasphere is growing. The studio builds custom AI software for companies in Belgium, and the labs ship the agent tools we build for ourselves, several of them open source. We are now looking for someone to bring the business in.
Brussels, hybrid from our office at WAT
The founders set the go-to-market strategy for now. You make it happen, every day, and you tell us what the field says so the strategy gets better.
Not a classic sales job
We build tools for AI agents, and we run the company on them. You will too. Your prospecting, your follow-ups and your reporting will go through agents and the tools we make, and you will tell us what is missing in them.
Over time you may go further: automating your own workflows, building small tools on our infrastructure, even writing code with AI. You do not need to know how today. You need to want to learn, and to enjoy trying a new tool rather than defending the old way of doing things.
Who we are looking for
How we hire
You never wait more than a week without news from us.
Brussels, hybrid from our office at WAT
- French required, English is the working language
- long-term freelance collaboration with equity
- start as soon as possible.
The founders set the go-to-market strategy for now. You make it happen, every day, and you tell us what the field says so the strategy gets better.
- Outbound for the studio, about 80% of the job: building target lists, LinkedIn and email sequences, cold calling, following up, booking the meetings that become projects. Mostly in French, for Belgian companies.
- Growth experiments for the labs, the other 20%: open-source products need a different motion than a services business. Communities, content, launches, partnerships: you try things, measure them, and keep what works.
- Ownership of your pipeline: you run it, you report on it, you know which message converted and why.

Who we are looking for
- Hungry and hands-on. You like picking up the phone, a no does not scare you, and you would rather send fifty messages than write a plan about sending them.
- Curious about technology and AI. You already use AI tools in your daily work, you like testing new ones, and the idea of building your own does not scare you.
- Some real experience in sales, business development or growth, ideally in a startup: a year or two, or strong internships where you can show what you did. A fresh graduate with a track record of doing more than asked is a fit.
- Proof over pitch. You can show us concrete work: campaigns you ran, numbers you moved, a pipeline you built.
- At ease in French, comfortable in English. Dutch is a plus.
- Based in Brussels, or close enough to come to our office at WAT regularly.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company.
- Not a role for a senior sales leader who designs the strategy and delegates the execution.
- Not a role for someone who wants the same playbook and the same tools every day.
- Not a role with a fully defined job description handed over on day one.
- Not a remote role.
- A long-term collaboration agreement: you work with us as an independent contractor and invoice monthly. If an employment contract is a real requirement for you, tell us and we will discuss it.
- A monthly fee plus equity: you choose where you sit between cash and ownership.
- Incentive mechanisms tied to the company's growth, shared by the whole team, and a commission on business you bring in.
How we hire
You never wait more than a week without news from us.
- Apply with a CV and, if you have it, something that shows your work (a campaign, a result, a link), through the contact form or by email to team@antasphere.com.
- Screening call, 30 minutes: the role, the package, the practical constraints (location, French, start date, current commitments), and your questions.
- Interview with the founders, at least one hour: your experience in depth, with concrete examples of your work. A second interview when we need it.
- Offer call, 30 minutes: the package discussion, a written offer the same day, one week to decide.
