OnChart is building a smarter, more personalized way for traders to understand markets and make decisions.

We’re looking for a Growth & Community Associate to help us reach more traders, test growth ideas and build our community.

What you’ll do

* Find and engage relevant traders and communities

* Help bring users into demos, trials and the product

* Support content, outreach and growth experiments

* Speak with users and collect feedback

* Research creators, communities and potential partnerships

* Work directly with the founder on growth and messaging

* Use AI tools to work faster and smarter

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a professional trader, but you should have a genuine interest or experience in financial markets.

Experience in any of these is a plus:

* Trading / investing

* Growth or sales

* Content / social media

* Fintech

* Online communities

* Startups

You should also be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar tools for research, content and everyday work.

We’re looking for someone proactive, curious and comfortable figuring things out.
