Company Description BisChat is a next-generation messaging application focused on delivering fast, secure, and privacy-first communication for users worldwide. The platform supports instant messaging, high-quality media sharing, and clear audio, with innovative broadcasting features currently in development. BisChat is in an Exclusive Beta Testing phase on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, actively engaging early adopters and global testers. As the core architecture and advanced asset management are finalized, the team continues to refine the product through rapid iteration and user feedback. Role Description The Growth Consultant role is a remote, contract position focused on driving user acquisition and engagement for BisChat during and beyond the beta phase. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and executing lead generation strategies, building and nurturing relationships with early adopters, and supporting community development across relevant channels. The consultant will collaborate with the core team to design and implement growth campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize funnels to improve user retention and activation. Additional tasks may involve planning virtual or in-person events, coordinating promotional activities, and providing feedback on product-market fit and messaging. This role requires a proactive mindset, comfort with experimentation, and the ability to work independently while aligning with BisChat’s strategic priorities.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies, including data-driven experimentation and optimization.
• Sales and customer relationship management (CRM) skills, with experience building and maintaining long-term stakeholder or user relationships.
• Marketing skills, including growth marketing, campaign planning, and developing user-focused positioning for digital products.
• Event planning and community-building skills, with experience organizing virtual or live events to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with growth metrics, user funnels, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and markets.
• Experience working with consumer-facing apps or startups, especially in messaging, social, or communications platforms, is advantageous.
• Ability to work remotely, manage multiple initiatives, and collaborate effectively across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
