The Opportunity — Saudi Arabia

As Attlas Wire expands its presence across the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a visionary Co-Founder based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh, to help establish and scale our regional presence.

This is not a conventional employment opportunity. It is a founding leadership role for an entrepreneur, media executive, investor, business leader, or experienced operator who wants to help build a global media company from the ground up.

The Co-Founder will work directly with the Founder to develop Attlas Wire's Saudi and Middle East strategy, build strategic relationships, develop revenue opportunities, support fundraising, and establish the organization as a credible international media brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Attlas Wire's growth strategy across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
• Establish strategic relationships with media organizations, technology companies, brands, advertisers, investors, institutions, and industry leaders.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities across advertising, sponsorships, memberships, subscriptions, licensing, branded content, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Support fundraising initiatives and engage with investors, family offices, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.
• Build Attlas Wire's audience, brand, and commercial presence across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
• Help establish local partnerships and regional operations.
• Recruit and develop high-performing editorial, commercial, marketing, and operational teams.
• Represent Attlas Wire at major business, media, technology, investment, and industry events.
• Contribute to executive decision-making, corporate governance, strategic planning, and long-term company development.

Preferred Qualifications

We are particularly interested in individuals with:

• Founder, executive, investor, entrepreneur, or senior leadership experience.
• A strong network within the Saudi Arabian and GCC business, media, technology, investment, or corporate ecosystem.
• Experience in media, digital publishing, technology, SaaS, startups, investment, consulting, marketing, advertising, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regional business environment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build something from an early stage.
• Passion for credible journalism, technology, innovation, and public-interest reporting.

Compensation

This is an equity-based founding opportunity.

During the early stage, compensation will primarily be through equity ownership, aligning the Co-Founder directly with the long-term success and value creation of Attlas Wire.

As the company grows, secures investment, and establishes sustainable revenue streams, the role is expected to transition into a compensated executive position while retaining the agreed founding equity.
