The Growth Content Specialist supports the development and implementation of donor- and customer - facing communications that reflect Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota’s mission and fundraising priorities. This role focuses on producing high-quality written and visual content that communicates impact and supports donor stewardship and engagement efforts. The position works collaboratively with Development, Marketing & Communications, and program teams. Job requirements: 2+ years of experience supporting donor communications or fundraising efforts Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations Basic experience with content production (writing, photography, or design coordination) Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience writing and editing for external audiences Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe applications for content development and design support Must be able to pass a driver's eligibility check.
