Growth Engineer, Support Engineering You'll build the systems that let Firecrawl's support scale faster than its headcount. As thousands of developers build on us, the way we support them has to get smarter, not just bigger. This is a full-stack engineering role on the Support Engineering team: you'll build the internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows that make support fast and effective, and you'll ship product improvements that cut tickets at the source by making Firecrawl clearer and easier to use. You'll report to our Head of Support Engineering and own real systems from day one. Salary Range: $205,000–$250,000/year (Range shown is for U.S.-based employees in San Francisco, CA. Compensation outside the U.S. is adjusted fairly based on your country's cost of living.) Equity Range: Up to 0.05% Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (Americas, UTC-3 to UTC-10) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4+ years as a full-stack engineer, ideally building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems Visa: Must already be authorized to work in the US or our eligible remote-hire regions.
