The Trust Mesh is a permissioned network enabling cryptographically verifiable credentials to work across industries, jurisdictions, and protocols with single verification and broad reuse. Built on standards such as W3C VC 2.0, SD-JWT, mdoc/ISO 18013-5, and eIDAS 2.0, and deployed via the modular Phenix Platform, iDen2 serves enterprises and public-sector agencies through its partnership with Carahsoft.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Hacker at iDen2. The Growth Hacker will design and execute experiments across the acquisition, activation, and retention funnels to drive sustainable product and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include analyzing user behavior and campaign performance, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and optimizing conversion flows across web properties and key product journeys. The role collaborates closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop data-informed growth strategies, refine messaging and positioning, and scale successful experiments into repeatable growth playbooks. The Growth Hacker will also track and report on growth KPIs, maintain dashboards, and continuously iterate based on quantitative insights and user feedback.
Qualifications

• Ability to apply growth hacking, experimentation, and rapid iteration techniques to drive measurable user and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in web analytics and conversion optimization to analyze funnels, identify drop-off points, and improve key performance metrics.
• Experience in marketing and marketing strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market planning for technical products.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with comfort using tools such as Google Analytics, product analytics platforms, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, security, identity, or AI infrastructure domains is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear, structured way to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple experiments, and prioritize based on impact and evidence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
