Strong experience with Meta Ads across India, Middle East, and/or Europe. Experience owning CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel metrics. Strong creative strategy skills with a high velocity of testing and iteration. Experience deciding what to test, kill, and scale based on performance data. Background in consumer AI, microdrama, gaming, or D2C is strongly preferred. TikTok Ads experience in markets outside the US is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
