Our mission is to help architects bring their vision to life. We’re building a web-based application for architects that speed up their design workflows and makes high-quality visualization accessible to a wider audience.
We have experienced rapid growth in recent months and we are hiring to further scale the company. We have customers in over 120 different countries, including leading offices such as Nordic, Leo A Daly, and S+A, who collectively have generated over 6 million visualizations on our platform since the company was established in 2023.
We’ve raised over €3 million from leading Nordic investors to date, helping us build toward our mission. We’re now looking for talented individuals who want to challenge the status quo and reinvent how architects and industry professionals communicate their designs.
What You Will Do
As a product-led growth company, growth is at the heart of raising awareness about Visoid and ensuring that the right users discover and embrace our platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our entire team to shape how Visoid is communicated to the world.
You will be the key person in setting up a new Growth team in Visoid, collaborating both with Product and Commercial teams. You will take charge of making sure every architect in the world knows about Visoid, try the application and as many of them as possible succeed and convert.

As The Growth Manager At Visoid, You Will
- Own the funnel: every click and step, from the first interaction with our content, through signup and usage or eventual churn.
- Collect and analyze user insight: use Mixpanel and other tools to slice the data, finding outliers and identify untapped opportunities.
- Run experiments: frequent experiments with your growth team, clear hypotheses and write-ups that compound. Velocity over polish.
- Be the technical marketer: build integrations, automations, agents to support marketing activities. Manage SEO, SEM, AEO, website, landing pages, tracking.
- Run performance marketing: own placement of content in paid formats.
- Be part of a cross-functional team: work closely with the whole team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Design and build Visoid’s own channels: referral programs, invitation flows, in app loops. Test, measure and iterate.

Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, data analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience with growth, marketing, or product management.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing product-led growth funnels.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and qualitative research to draw actionable conclusions.
- Experience in full-funnel ownership. You've run acquisition, signup, and usage as one connected system, not three separate jobs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing methods such as SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Founder mentality. You're building a function, not inheriting one.
- Hands-on experience working with AI- and agentic tools like Claude, Codex, Nate or similar.
Optional Qualifications
- Built Growth from zero at a SaaS company startup or scale-up.
- Worked on AI-native applications.
- Lead growth teams in product-led companies.
- Partnered closely with founders on GTM and genuinely enjoyed it.
- Optimized a funnel and driven a 2-3x lift in conversion.
- Familiar developing apps with the support of agents.

We prioritize candidates that are either are already located in Oslo, or who have an existing right to work in Norway and are willing to relocate to Oslo.
