Growth Manager

3DAPI is the global manufacturing platform for 3D printing. Orders come into our platform and route automatically to the print farm closest to the end customer - across 6 regions and 100+ countries. Businesses sell worldwide without owning a single machine.

The role

One day you're reaching out to a brand that could send thousands of orders through 3DAPI. The next you're launching a campaign aimed at Etsy sellers, rewriting a landing page, or digging into why a funnel is leaking.

Roughly half B2B sales, half B2C growth marketing. You'll work directly with the founders — not managing campaigns from a distance or handing leads to someone else, but finding the customers, sending the emails, running the experiments, and reading the results.

The question you'll help us answer every week: where do the next 100 customers come from?

What you'll own

B2B. Building targeted prospect lists, outbound through LinkedIn, email and communities, qualifying leads, joining demos, running the CRM, shaping proposals, opening partnerships. Over time, the full cycle from first contact to signed customer.

B2C. Content and social distribution, Reddit and creator channels, lifecycle email, landing pages and conversion, SEO experiments, Product Hunt and community launches, referral campaigns, paid acquisition tests.

Across both. Define the KPIs, track the funnel, analyse CAC and channel performance, find where leads drop off, improve activation, and double down on whatever shows traction. We don't expect expertise in every channel - we expect you to test, measure, and learn quickly.

What we're looking for

• You're comfortable starting conversations with strangers, following up, and asking for the sale.
• You understand how channels, messaging, funnels, and conversion fit together.
• You execute rather than delegate — here, the strategy and the sending are the same job.
• You're fluent in written and spoken English and at ease with customers anywhere in the world.
• You can take a goal, break it into actions, and move it forward without being told the next step.

Nice to have: startup, B2B SaaS or marketplace experience; outbound tooling (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Instantly); paid channels; SEO or content; Shopify, Etsy, Amazon or TikTok Shop; using AI tools to move faster; a real interest in 3D printing, e-commerce, or manufacturing.

Where it goes

We're hiring for years, not months. As 3DAPI scales, this role can grow into ownership of entire acquisition channels, a real pipeline, and eventually a team, toward Head of Growth or commercial leadership.
