Growth Manager

At Skyloft, we’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive the growth of our mobile games across global markets.

In this role, you’ll own user acquisition strategies, manage advertising campaigns hands-on, and use data to scale our games profitably.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for our mobile games.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across all major mobile advertising networks.
• Plan and manage advertising budgets based on channel, country, and game performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad concepts, run tests, and turn insights into new creative ideas.
• Track CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and payback periods to guide budget allocation and scaling decisions.
• Analyze campaign performance and player cohorts to evaluate long-term results.
• Lead user acquisition efforts during game testing, soft launches, and global launches.
• Work closely with product and data teams to identify growth opportunities and report results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on growth or user acquisition experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Hands-on campaign management experience across all major mobile advertising networks is required.
• A proven track record of scaling mobile game campaigns profitably.
• Experience managing advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and channel optimization.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android user acquisition, attribution, and mobile measurement tools.
• Experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
• Understanding of mobile game monetization through advertising and in-app purchases.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional discussions and meetings.
• Strong analytical skills, ownership, and effective communication in a remote work environment.
• Being Turkish citizen and residing in Türkiye.
