Ojin is The Human AI Company. We build the infrastructure that makes AI feel human. Our Human Agents deliver natural, lifelike conversations in real time, powered by our proprietary models and blazing-fast APIs on a globally distributed GPU fabric.
We've built award-winning AI experiences for brands including BMW, H&M, and Clinique. Now we're opening that infrastructure up as a platform that will define how the world experiences AI, and we're assembling a small, ambitious team of exceptional people to do it.
The Role
Marketing at Ojin is still being built. There's no inherited content calendar, no agency doing the heavy lifting, and no established playbook to follow. What there is: a product that genuinely stops people in their tracks the first time they see it, a founding team deeply involved in how we grow, and a real chance to help build something from the ground up.
You'll work directly with our Social & Growth Marketing Manager, getting broad, hands-on exposure across social, content, paid, email, SEO, and analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Grow our social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X - organic and paid
- Create content across formats: posts, articles, case studies, copy
- Run experiments, measure them, and double down on what works
- Get involved in SEO, email campaigns, and basic lifecycle flows
- Use analytics to track what matters and turn data into decisions
- Be active in the online communities where our audience spends time
- Use AI tools to move faster - prototype ideas, test messaging, and iterate without waiting on resources
- Work closely with the product and founding team so marketing reflects what we're actually building
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years in a growth or digital marketing role, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Contributed to growing something - an audience, a channel, a pipeline - with numbers to show for it
- Strong writer who can adapt their voice to different audiences
- Comfortable with data, some paid ads exposure, and genuinely curious about AI
- You move fast, stay curious, and don't wait to be told what to try next
- Bonus: experience marketing a technical or AI product to a non-technical audience

Note: This role requires hands-on growth or digital marketing experience at a funded tech startup or scale-up. Applications without this background won't be progressed.
