Growth Marketing Contractor

About Houst Houst is a leading property management platform, helping homeowners maximise their rental income while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Operating across multiple international markets, we combine technology with local expertise to simplify short-term renting for thousands of hosts around the world. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Contractor to join our Growth team and help drive organic customer acquisition and lead generation across our global markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting, analysing data and turning insights into measurable commercial growth. You'll work closely with colleagues across Growth, Sales, Product and Partnerships, testing new ideas and optimising every stage of the customer journey. Please note: This role is an independent contractor position and is best suited to candidates with experience in growth, digital or acquisition marketing. It is not primarily a social media, content creation or brand marketing role. What you'll be doing: Drive organic customer acquisition across multiple international markets Plan, execute and optimise growth initiatives across SEO, content, email, referral, affiliate and lifecycle marketing Generate qualified inbound leads that support commercial growth Identify opportunities to improve website conversion, lead generation and customer activation Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, messaging and conversion funnels Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing performance Collaborate with Product, Sales and Partnerships to launch and optimise growth initiatives Research and test new growth channels, tools and marketing opportunities Support website optimisation and SEO initiatives Experience in a Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or Acquisition Marketing role within a fast-paced technology, marketplace, SaaS, ecommerce or travel business Hands-on experience driving organic growth and lead generation Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, customer lifecycle marketing and conversion rate optimisation Experience using marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo, Google Search Console or similar Comfortable working with data to make informed commercial decisions Confident using Excel or Google Sheets Curious, proactive and comfortable testing new ideas Excellent organisation and communication skills Able to work independently while collaborating with a distributed global team Nice to have: Experience within PropTech, travel, hospitality or marketplace businesses Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms Familiarity with AI tools that improve marketing workflows and productivity Independent contractor role, no full-time employee benefits apply e.g., paid leave No employee benefits are included
