About Triparound
Triparound is a B2B hospitality technology company building the operating and commerce platform for everything guests travel for beyond the room.
We help premium hotels, resorts, branded residences, villa groups, and other complex hospitality businesses manage and commercialize the services that shape the guest journey, like dining, wellness, transfers, activities, events, and more, through one operational and guest-facing system.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to become Triparound’s first internal growth marketing owner. You’ll take responsibility for both strategy and execution, report directly to the CEO, and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and external specialists.
Triparound’s growth has historically been founder- and sales-led. This role is not about maximizing raw traffic or generating large volumes of low-intent sign-ups. It is about building a focused, repeatable marketing engine that identifies the right accounts, creates demand, and contributes measurable qualified pipeline.
You’ll primarily market to multi-property premium hotel and resort groups, as well as high-complexity independent resorts with multiple bookable services and meaningful ancillary revenue potential.
The Role at a Glance
You’ll start as an individual contributor with external support and meaningful autonomy. Your first priority will be to establish the foundations for repeatable growth: clear positioning, account qualification, measurement, sales handoff, and a small number of disciplined channel experiments.
Your primary outcome will be marketing-qualified accounts that Sales accepts and converts into qualified opportunities and pipeline. We’ll also track leading indicators such as target-account engagement, search visibility, content performance, conversion rates, and cost efficiency, but activity and traffic alone will not define success.
You’ll have responsibility for proposing and managing the marketing budget, with additional investment based on evidence and results.
What You’ll Own
- Build and execute Triparound’s growth and demand-generation strategy, translating it into clear 30-, 60-, and 90-day priorities.
- Partner with Sales to define target accounts, qualification criteria, account readiness, and a disciplined handoff process.
- Design and run account-based marketing programs for Triparound’s core hospitality ICP.
- Select and execute the two or three highest-potential marketing bets across targeted paid acquisition, content, search visibility, events, partnerships, and website conversion.
- Develop and refine Triparound’s positioning, messaging, value propositions, and campaign narratives using customer insight, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Personally execute campaigns, landing pages, copy, experiments, and reporting, while selectively using agencies or specialists.
- Establish meaningful funnel metrics and dashboards that connect marketing activity to sales-accepted accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
- Propose, manage, and optimize budgets, making clear recommendations about where to invest, stop, or scale.
- Build repeatable marketing processes and foundations that can support a larger function as Triparound grows.
What You’ll BringEssential
- Relevant experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related role.
- Evidence of commercial impact: You can show how your work generated qualified pipeline or revenue, not only traffic, impressions, or lead volume.
- Sales-led B2B experience: You understand longer buying cycles, account qualification, multiple stakeholders, and close partnership between Marketing and Sales.
- Ownership: You can create direction, prioritize, and carry work from idea to measurable result with limited supervision.
- Hands-on execution: You’re comfortable setting up campaigns, writing copy, improving landing pages, briefing creative work, and analyzing performance yourself.
- Analytical judgment: You can define useful metrics, design practical experiments, interpret results, and change direction when the evidence requires it.
- Positioning and communication: You can turn complex product capabilities and customer problems into clear, credible messages.
- Practical AI fluency: You use AI thoughtfully across research, content, experimentation, analysis, and workflow automation—and you can explain where human judgment remains essential.
- Excellent English communication: Triparound operates in English. All interviews and the take-home exercise will also be conducted in English, including for candidates based in Athens.
- Tool adaptability: We currently use HubSpot, Webflow, and Google Analytics. Experience with equivalent CRM, analytics, advertising, and reporting tools is welcome; experience with our exact stack is not required.
Helpful, but Not Required
- Experience in hospitality technology, travel technology, or another vertical SaaS category.
- Experience marketing to enterprise or mid-market accounts with complex buying committees.
- Strong content, SEO, or AEO experience.
- Experience helping build a marketing function at an early-stage company.
What’s In It for You
- Meaningful ownership: Build Triparound’s marketing engine rather than inherit a fixed playbook.
- Direct influence: Work closely with the CEO and commercial team, with access to customer, product, and market context.
- Competitive compensation: Competitive salary, plus equity.
- Hybrid model: Typically two to three days per week in our Athens office, balanced with remote work.
- Room to grow: As the function proves its impact and Triparound scales, the role can expand in scope and leadership responsibility.
- Real industry impact: Help shape how leading hospitality businesses manage and commercialize the guest journey beyond the room.
How We Work
We value ownership, curiosity, honesty, and a bias toward action. We expect people to challenge weak assumptions, use evidence, ask the questions that move work forward, and carry commitments through to completion.
This is a role for someone who wants substantial responsibility, enjoys building from an early stage, and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
