From planning through execution to successful follow up. Develop and execute the annual and quarterly CEE marketing plan aligned with sales and corporate priorities. Drive pipeline generation through integrated marketing programs including events, ABM initiatives, executive engagements, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner programs. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI and operational excellence. Be courageous and bold in bringing new, uncommon ideas and projects to attract targeted audience. Sales Support: Monitor lead conversion to build a healthy sales pipeline and align marketing plans with sales objectives. Build strong relationships with regional sales leaders, account teams, systems engineers, channels, and distribution partners. Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership on market conditions, customer engagement strategies, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with corporate, digital, channel, communications, and product marketing teams to localize and amplify campaigns. Measure and report marketing performance against agreed KPIs and business outcomes. Ensure excellent execution standards, project management discipline, and stakeholder satisfaction. Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners to execute joint marketing activities. Online Marketing: Conceptualize and oversee online campaigns and social media activities. Customization: Localize and customize corporate marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness. 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with a strong focus on field marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, or integrated marketing programs. Proven experience working closely with sales organizations and supporting pipeline generation targets. Experience managing regional marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable business impact. Strong project and event management capabilities. Ability to execute multiple programs simultaneously across several countries and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English. Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
