What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end growth strategy across digital channels
• Build and optimize high-converting funnels and campaigns
• Generate and qualify leads through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
• Engage directly with prospects to understand their needs and guide them toward the right solutions
• Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
• Take ownership of results from planning through execution
• Optionally mentor other marketing team members

What You Bring

• 5+ years in growth marketing, digital sales, or business development
• A track record of creating measurable, scalable growth
• Comfort with both strategic thinking and hands-on work
