Growth Marketing & Partnerships Specialist

HeroSeller builds services and software for online sellers, helping them run and grow their e-commerce businesses across marketplaces.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to help grow the company in English-speaking markets. You will develop new acquisition channels through creators, affiliates, partnerships and digital campaigns, with a hands-on role and real ownership from your first weeks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and select creators, affiliates and potential commercial partners. The ones that matter to us have authority in e-commerce niches, not the largest lifestyle audiences
• Reach out to new partners in English, by email and social media
• Manage follow-ups, early negotiations and the activation of collaborations
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, affiliates and partners
• Contribute to campaigns, landing pages, emails and promotional material
• Organise contacts, opportunities and activity in our CRM
• Track marketing KPIs, analyse results and propose improvements
• Research the market, competitors and new opportunities in e-commerce
• Propose and test new growth channels

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent English, written and spoken. Most of this job is writing, and you will also speak with partners directly
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Working knowledge of AI tools for research, analysis, content production and process automation
• Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals
• The ability to write outreach that gets replies
• Comfort with spreadsheets, CRMs and digital tools
• The ability to read and act on acquisition metrics: leads generated, conversion rate, cost of acquisition, campaign performance
• Organised, consistent and self-directed. You will own your pipeline

NICE TO HAVE

• Italian & other languages
• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or partnerships
• Experience sourcing and contacting creators or commercial partners
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other advertising platforms
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking, commission structures and payouts
• Familiarity with landing pages, email marketing, analytics and automation
• Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, eBay or Amazon

We are not looking for a long CV. We will consider junior candidates with strong communication skills, genuinely operational English, initiative and the drive to learn.

• Net Salary Range: 1200€-1600€
