About the Role
Own account-based marketing for Greater NYC, focusing primarily on expanding existing customer relationships through additional products and broader portfolio adoption, alongside new customer acquisition. Build on existing HubSpot and Salesforce programs, partnering with Customer Success and Sales to create and nurture demand. Sales handles the sales conversations.
Responsibilities
- Own the NYC growth plan, prioritizing accounts, segments, products, and campaigns throughout the year.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell of products such as KeyLink, TippingLink, and ManageHOA, expanding single-building relationships across management-company portfolios.
- Generate new pipeline through account-based programs targeting priority buildings and management companies.
- Build personalized HubSpot campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, events, and content, using AI and automation to scale execution.
- Test channels, offers, and messaging; use data to prioritize opportunities and forecast marketing impact.
- Coordinate expansion signals and campaign timing with Customer Success, and opportunities and handoffs with Sales.
- Own attribution and reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing, including ABM, demand generation, growth, or lifecycle marketing, with independent ownership of a program, segment, or market.
- A track record of growing revenue within existing accounts and generating new pipeline.
- Advanced HubSpot fluency, hands-on campaign building, and comfort working with Salesforce and product data.
- Ability to set pipeline and revenue goals, test approaches, and clearly explain results.
- Clear communication tailored to board members, property managers, and management-company executives.
- Strong Greater NYC market knowledge, including terminology and relationship-building with local property and management-company decision-makers.
- Property management or PropTech experience is a strong plus.
