About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing CPG wellness company operating two brands: a cold-pressed functional shot line and a sublingual electrolyte tablet line. They sell direct to consumer through Shopify and TikTok Shop, and through national retail including Whole Foods, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, and 800+ airport retail locations via UNFI and Rainforest distribution. They are a small, fast, and automation-first company.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for one person to own the growth surface across both brands. This is a generalist role by design. You will not be handed a narrow function and a manager. You will be handed a set of outcomes and the tools to hit them. The right person is a strong ecommerce marketer with real technical SEO depth who is comfortable running outbound sequences. You should be genuinely fluent with AI tools, not just aware of them. We expect you to automate your own repetitive work.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Own SEO and GEO, including technical SEO, site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexation, internal linking.

• Develop keyword and entity strategy for a competitive supplements and wellness category.

• Manage content production and optimization, including AI-assisted drafting with human editing.

• Engage in Generative Engine Optimization: structure content and entity data so our brands get cited in AI answers across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

• Own the Ahrefs Brand Radar dashboard and report on AI share of voice monthly.

• Operate outbound sequences to retail buyers, brokers, and distribution partners.

• Build and enrich target lists in Apollo and Clay.

• Maintain inbox and domain health: warmup, sending caps, SPF/DKIM/DMARC monitoring.

• Personalize outbound communication at the account level, focusing on quality over volume.

• Maintain product data, listings, and inventory-facing content across channels.

• Organize the creator affiliate program: outreach tracking, content collection, payouts coordination.

• Own SOPs for all tasks performed.

• Own organic and lifecycle performance across two Shopify stores.

• Manage email and SMS: flows, campaigns, segmentation, list health.

• Optimize product pages: copy, imagery, offers, reviews.

• Support paid social by producing creative concepts and briefs.

• Provide weekly reporting on traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and repeat rate.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong ecommerce marketing experience.

• Technical SEO depth.

• Comfort running outbound sequences.

• High fluency with AI tools in daily workflow.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Shopify and TikTok Shop.

• Familiarity with CPG wellness category.
