Together, we’re shaping the future of workplace communication. We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager for our European markets. You will own the operational management of our paid channels while driving your own growth campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline quality and growth. You will work closely with our Pipeline Operations Manager, who is responsible for data quality, processes, and reporting infrastructure. Your job is to feed this infrastructure with high-performing campaigns and channels and continuously optimize them. The role is focused roughly 70% on Performance Marketing and 30% on Growth initiatives. What you’ll be doing Performance Marketing Operational management and optimization of paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, etc.) for DACH, France and NOBE Ensuring message-match between ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates Continuous A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages Close alignment with our Regional Marketing Managers for market-specific campaign execution Providing clean performance data to Pipeline Operations for reporting and forecasting Growth End-to-end ownership for data-driven campaigns like our ROI Calculator - from conceptual development to technical and content implementation Test-driven exploration of new formats and channels outside the classic paid funnel Close collaboration with Pipeline Operations to consistently align growth initiatives toward pipeline quality rather than pure lead volume What you need to be successful 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment with multi-stage buying cycles A hands-on mentality: You execute campaigns yourself rather than just conceptualizing them In-depth experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and landing page optimization Analytical understanding of funnel metrics and conversion data, even without holding direct reporting responsibility Initial experience with growth experiments or the willingness to dive into this area hands-on Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1) Fluency in a third language such as French, Spanish or Italian is a strong plus Nice to have Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Clay Experience working alongside RevOps or Pipeline Operations functions Prior knowledge in employee communications, internal communications, or related B2B SaaS niches What you'll get Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan) Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of €1560 Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August Support - we offer offering a company pension scheme Volunteers Day - you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project
