Growth Product Manager (Marketing) — Remote
We're looking for someone to own the execution of our acquisition funnel — from ad click to closed deal — driving conversion at every step, within the strategy set by the department head. Not 'set the strategy yourself' — own the delivery and the results.
What you'll do
- Run the funnel across channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, cold email, offline), responsible for conversion at each step
- Find where people drop off and fix it — specifics, not vanity metrics
- Propose what to test next and prioritize by impact; the department head approves direction
- Manage vendors: set tasks, check quality, don't take their numbers on faith
- Report to leadership briefly, with numbers
What we need
- Experience owning an acquisition funnel or performance marketing — responsibility for results, not just campaign setup
- Ability to read data and find the cause: step conversion, CPA, attribution. Someone who asks 'why', not just 'what'
- A track record of delivering strong work as part of a team, under a lead — comfortable executing a strategy you didn't set alone
- Experience with ad platforms and CRM (specific systems secondary)
- English B2-C1 (team and materials in English). Interview is in English
- Self-sufficiency: you find, propose and follow through — but within the direction set for the team
Nice to have
- High-ticket, investor or B2B lead-gen funnels
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM with automations
What we offer
- Remote, full-time, any time zone with US overlap
- Direct access to the co-founders. Decisions made in a day, not a quarter
- The funnel is the company's key metric right now — your work is visible immediately
- You build the system, not inherit someone else's settings — within a clear direction
- Competitive salary
How to apply
Write a couple of paragraphs about one funnel you owned: what was broken, what you changed, what happened to conversion. Send a CV too, but that story matters more.
