Role Description This full-time remote Growth Specialist | Compliance/Regtech role at Defy focuses on identifying and driving growth opportunities across compliance and regulatory technology solutions. The role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to uncover new segments and use cases. Responsibilities include designing and executing growth experiments, optimizing acquisition and conversion funnels, and collaborating with sales and product teams to develop compelling value propositions for compliance-focused clients. The Growth Specialist will coordinate cross-functional projects, track performance metrics, and report on key outcomes to inform strategic decisions. Day-to-day work also includes preparing clear documentation and presentations, engaging with prospects and partners, and iterating on growth initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications

• Effective communication skills for presenting findings, collaborating across functions, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
