Strong analytical thinking with ability to turn data into clear business actions. Comfortable working with large datasets; strong Excel skills; SQL proficiency (or strong willingness to become proficient quickly). Open-minded and practical about using AI tools (e.g., for analysis support, drafting, automation) while maintaining quality control. Experience building dashboards/reports and maintaining a performance tracking cadence. Solid project management skills (scope, timeline, stakeholders, risk management, delivery). Strong communication skills: can explain numbers, trade-offs, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. High ownership, structured problem-solving, and ability to operate cross-functionally. Nice to Have Experience in commercial analytics, revenue strategy, growth strategy, or business operations. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker/Power BI/Tableau) and workflow automation. Experience launching new products/services or opening new locations (from diligence to execution).
