Events & Marketing Manager About the Company Bangkok Startup Association (BSA) isn't your typical non-profit. About the Role We are looking for an Events & Marketing Manager who can own the full picture, from event production to marketing strategy to community management, and keep everything running without being told twice. You will be the connective tissue between leadership and everything that gets delivered. When a deal is closed, you take it from there. Responsibilities Events Own end-to-end event management for all BSA events, from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event wrap Manage partner and sponsor coordination once deals are closed at the leadership level Handle guest lists, vendor relationships, and operational logistics Ensure every event delivers on the BSA brand experience Marketing Develop and own BSA's marketing strategy across all campaigns and activations Build and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Line OA Brief and manage the creative team on content production Own scheduling and publishing across all platforms Community Management Manage and moderate BSA's online community across all platforms Own inbox and DM management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Line OA Respond to community inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and on-brand manner Nurture community engagement and maintain the BSA community culture online and offline Qualifications Proven experience in event management, marketing, and community management, ideally in a startup or community environment Strategic thinker who can also get into the details when needed Strong project management skills, able to run multiple workstreams simultaneously Clear communicator who can manage up, across, and down Self-directed and thrives in a lean, fast-moving team Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem Graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) Language Proficiency Thai (Native or Bilingual Proficiency) English (Working Proficiency) Benefits Competitive salary Free food & drinks (obviously) Real ownership in one of Bangkok's most active startup communities Direct access to founders, investors, and operators across the ecosystem Front-row seat to everything happening in Bangkok's startup scene Working Conditions Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hybrid: WFH Tuesday & Thursday (because flexibility matters) Learn More About the Company Website: https://www.bkkstartup.com LinkedIn: https://th.linkedin.com/company/bkkstartup
