Job Summary:

The Growth Training Associate will focus on providing training and education to teams, building strong relationships, and helping drive product adoption. This role will also host Townhalls and maintain communication with teams to ensure successful implementation and usage of Hyly's services.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client training or demos.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging outreaches.
• Inclination to build and maintain strong relationships

Job Responsibilities:

• The Growth Training Associate will focus on leading engaging training sessions that keep users excited and attentive.
• Maintain ongoing communication and ensure users are confident and successful in using our tools.
• Build relationship with property teams for increasing Hyly retention directly at the user level.
• Understand Hyly’s products deeply and translate technical workflows into simple, relatable explanations.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications:

• Experience with HubSpot and Notion.
• Multifamily industry experience.
• Having some theater or acting experience.
