GTM Consultant/Engineer (m/w, Hybrid)

Through forward deployed engineering and consulting practices we form GTM strategies, aggregate and consolidate outside GTM tech and provide value to clients through our own SalesTech platform Tricle AI. Since 2026 we are officially a ETH Startup. We're looking for a GTM Consultant/Engineer to bridge the gap between sales strategy and technical execution. If you want to work alongside some of the most exciting companies out there, as part of a high-performance team of ex-Data Scientists, Sales Leaders, and Data Consultants actively shaping the market, we want you on our team. Own the full project lifecycle, from the initial workshop and KPI definition through ongoing iterations and optimization until targets are exceeded. Conduct client onboarding from ICP definition over sales process mapping and project management setup Build & operate GTM infrastructure: lead sourcing, data preparation for campaigns, Clay & n8n workflows, CRM Data system setup and automation, outbound infrastructure setup Onboard clients onto our Tricle AI platform, ensuring a smooth setup and adoption Drive results for clients: Setup campaigns for clients including campaign ideation, messaging, A/B testing, iterate campaigns to drive tangible results in line with client expectations Own CRM Intelligence & best-in-class Data Quality: consult clients on CRM setup and related automations based on their custom sales processes, including CRM clean-ups, data enrichment, and workflow automation. Own quality and consistency across client engagements, from reporting cadence to documentation and clean handovers You understand how Sales and Marketing organizations operate and can quickly grasp a company's full business model 2+ years of experience as a EITHER GTM Consultant/Engineer (ideally at a tech agency or SaaS company), having worked end-to-end on client projects, from ICP definition to operating and reporting on campaigns AND/OR you have been a Sales Professional who has implemented sales tools for your own team or organization Vast experience with GTM tools like Clay, Instantly and other popular GTM software (Benefit: automation tools like n8n, make etc) You speak English & German fluently and are based in a European time zone Structured thinker - detail oriented, process-driven, and capable of translating ambiguous needs into reliable systems.
