We run outbound campaigns that generate real pipeline - and we take cold email seriously (in a good way). 📨 What You’ll Do Write and refine cold email sequences for B2B clients across different industries (SaaS, M&A, HRTech, FinTech, and more). Create high-performing hooks, angles, and value props that cut through the noise. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up research, ideation, and iteration - including building and improving prompts. Work closely with GTM specialists to align copy with targeting + offers. A/B test subject lines, hooks, tone, and sequences - and iterate based on performance. Use Clay to support personalization and outbound workflows. 🧠 Requirements (Must-Haves) You’ve written cold emails before (mandatory - not general copywriting). You use AI tools daily , and you’re comfortable working with them beyond “write me an email.” You’ve done prompt engineering (ChatGPT / Claude) and know how to refine on prompts to get better outputs. You know Clay , or you have at least basic working knowledge and can use it confidently. Strong English writing skills - clear and natural. ✅ Bonus points if… You’ve worked as a GTM Engineer/outbound specialist and now want to focus more on writing. You’re comfortable thinking in performance terms (reply rates, conversions, meetings booked).
