About Leadspot
Leadspot is a B2B revenue operations and GTM consultancy. We build lean, battle-tested, AI-first GTM systems with Salesforce and HubSpot at the center, and we integrate everything around them: data warehouses, Clay, Outreach, the rest of the stack. The customer ends up with a system where nothing falls through the cracks, motions can be reconfigured without a rebuild, spend is attributed correctly, and every stage of the funnel can be read from any angle.
Our team has worked and studied at some of the best places out there, Chicago Booth and Bain & Company among them, and our founders built the sales and marketing motions for Dropbox's B2B side. We work with excellent fast-growing companies in Europe and the US, backed by leading funds such as Google Ventures, Hg and Accel. We are a Claude Partner, and AI is how we deliver rather than something we talk about. Everyone here wears several hats and carries their share of the impact. We are looking for the next person who clears that bar.
The role
GTM Engineer is the seat where the CRM stops being a system of record and becomes a system that does things. You take the Leadspot Blueprint, our model of how a B2B revenue engine should be built, and make it real inside a customer's business: Salesforce at the center, the GTM stack around it, agents doing work that used to need a person. The job is finding where the Blueprint serves this customer and where it has to bend, then building it. Doing that well is harder than starting from scratch.
You lead the engagement and carry the customer load: the relationship, the cadence, the deadlines, the person they call when something matters. You own them getting an excellent solution to their real problem, not simply what they asked for, so expect to push back.
You are not doing it alone. A small specialised team sits behind you, consultants, developers and sales colleagues who do what you do not, with the founders one message away. Nobody expects you to know everything, only that you ask the right questions, stay solutions-oriented, reach for AI before hours, and know who to pull in. Because we are small, the parts nobody owns yet become yours if you want them.
The bar
The people who do well here have built something nobody asked them to build. A routing system, a scraper, an enrichment pipeline, an agent for the part of the job they hate. Not because it was on a roadmap, but to see if it would work.
That instinct is what we are hiring for, not seniority or certifications. We would rather meet someone with three years and a portfolio than someone with ten years and a list of implementations they staffed.
You should also care where this is going. CRM is being rebuilt right now: agents inside it, MCP servers, headless architectures, work that took a week collapsing into an afternoon. If that is the most interesting thing in your industry, you will fit here.
What you'll do
• Implement the Leadspot Blueprint inside the customer's GTM system: run the discovery that shows where it fits, decide what has to bend, and see it through to live
• Manage the engagement: communicate before you are chased, carry the deadlines, and make sure execution happens. The customer should never wonder where things stand
• Manage the resources: the people on the engagement and the quality of what they produce, plus the software, licences and vendors the build depends on
• Build the parts that need building: Salesforce objects, flows, validation, permissions, reporting, and the integrations that make it one system
• Wire the stack together: HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clay, data warehouses, enrichment and routing tools
• Audit legacy orgs, propose cleanups, and execute them
• Build the automation and agent workflows that make delivery faster, then feed them back into the Blueprint
What we're looking for
• Hands-on Salesforce depth: you still build, admin plus declarative development, Apex a plus. Today you are probably a solution architect or a senior business analyst at a larger implementation shop
• Evidence that you build things unprompted: a repo, a demo, a workflow, an internal tool, something you made because you wanted it to exist
• Evidence that you can carry customer load: you have held client relationships and been the person the customer calls when something matters. This is not a build-only seat
• You can direct other people's work and hold a standard on the output, and handle the practical side: tooling, licences, vendors
• Urgency: you measure a week by what shipped, not by what was discussed. Fast is not the same as sloppy, and knowing the difference is the skill
• Strong written and spoken English, and comfort leading calls with client stakeholders
What we offer
• Real ownership from day one, with the founders one Slack message away
• Performance-based upside on top of base compensation
• Fully remote, async-friendly, small senior team, zero bureaucracy
• A steep learning curve: you will see more GTM systems in a year than most people see in five, and help push the frontier of GTM AI applications
