Regional GTM Recruiting Manager, EMEA & APJ The role As the Regional GTM Recruiting Manager for EMEA and APJ, you own how we build and scale our Go To Market teams across the region. You are accountable for hiring across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer functions, ensuring we attract and hire the talent required to support regional expansion and market development. Reporting to the Head of GTM Talent, you will lead and develop the EMEA and APJ recruiting team while acting as a strategic partner to regional and global GTM leadership. You will bring structure to regional headcount planning, strengthen hiring quality and ensure we are building teams thoughtfully and sustainably across multiple markets. This role is remote within EMEA or APJ and works closely with stakeholders across global time zones.
