We handpick unique holiday homes and make it easy, inspiring, and safe for hosts and guests to share and experience them. Since 2021, we’ve grown to more than 100 employees based in Aarhus and collaborate daily with hosts, guests, and partners from all over the world. About the job As a Guest & Host Care Assistant, you’ll be an important support for our Guest & Host Care team. You help ensure that both guests and hosts feel guided and well taken care of - by phone, chat and email. You won’t be responsible for end-to-end case handling, but you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations by supporting the team and ensuring smooth handovers.
