What you'll do:

Pick your own targets. Network equipment, ICS, enterprise software, whatever is hard and worth breaking. Find the bugs nobody else found, then explain to the rest of us why we missed them. Output is the job. You'll publish CVEs, blog posts, and conference talks under your own name, with our backing, and build a real reputation in the community while you do it.
