Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HAKI Instructor located in West Midlands, with flexibility for some remote work. The HAKI Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment for HAKI products and services, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The Instructor will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on training and development initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training and assessments in the construction or industrial sector
• Expertise in HAKI products and services or comparable experience in scaffolding systems and access solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations and training materials
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Qualification in Teaching is desirable but training will be provided.
• Experience in project management or instructional design is a plus
• Advanced Scaffolding Card.
